I researched both the FItbit and the Jawbone. The Jawbone seemed to have better reviews and most people seemed to like the features of the Jawbone better. I decided to go with the Jawbone. I stated wearing my band the next day that I received it. It needs to charge first...which it did quickly. It wore the band for 13 days and that 13th night no lights would blink. I tried charging it again, I checked for loose connections. tried a USB plugged into an outlet. Nothing worked. I wrote to the company and they responded quickly with trouble shooting points. I had already gone online to find how to fix this....so I was ahead of the game. Nothing worked. My band never got wet or was submerged in water even though they said that it could get wet. I then went back to Kohls and returned it. I debated on whether or not to get another. I did like how it kept track of my steps, sleep and food intake. However, I did not like how it just stopped working. When I looked online it seemed to be a common problem with the band dying between 2 weeks to 4 months. Problem is that the warranty ends at 90 days. I did get a new band because I wanted to track my sleep and steps particularly. I love the graphs and all of the information that it provides. The ability to scan the UPC on the food package is a bonus. That makes it easier. Logging in foods that aren't on the list are easy because you can type it in the search bar but if you accidentally log in a food that you did not eat, I am not sure how to remove it. The one thing about Kohls that I really like is their return policy. SInce I put this band on my card it was easy to return. They were super nice about it and were more than willing to accommodate me.

I was so excited when I received this item. I set up my account, charged it and began to wear it. It was easy to set up and use, But within the week, I could no longer sync it to my phone, Then it seemed that it could not hold a charge. Continued to charge it, only to have the button that would change it from day to night, was no longer working. By the start of week two, I had to return it as nothing was working.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and was very disappointed when we realized it did not fit (and I measured his wrist according to the directions prior to ordering). Unable to give any more of a review/recommendation as the product was unused.
