Rated 4 out of 5 by i've always been a Levi customer...the other brands dont seem to be the same quality...so I only buy and wear Levi's. That being said...I liked the fact that I can order online and get the exact size I want...normally they aren't in the store when I go. Very happy with my purchase. The one thing that I didn't like or that kinda took me by surprise was that the jeans themselves didn't seem to be as think as the ones I would normally purchase in the store...they seemed kinda thin. I've been wearing them comfortably though so we will see if they last...which i'm sure they will. 04/13/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by The bottom hem of these pants is distressed I don't like the hem at the bottom Of the jeans, it's a distressed style which makes them look old. Also, wash separately because the colors bleed into other laundry. We had to throw away a few t-shirts that I loved. From Now on I have to dry clean these pants. Thumbs down 09/22/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality Jeans. Lots of Wear in Them. So many jeans are flimsy these days. This is a tough pair of jeans that holds up to my husbands construction job. I buy quite a few pairs of these per year, and I am never disappointed at the quality. The tumbled rigid color is actually a stronger, less "worn" material that really lasts. It is not as trendy a fabric, but holds up much better than the stylish, "worn" looking ones. This cut is looser in the butt and thighs for a man with a thicker build, which is what we need. And, they are not too long-waisted like so many others we try. 08/10/2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by So thin you can almost see through them I like Levis 559 jeans, but they're all so thin this season that I'm afraid to put them through any rigorous activity, for fear of tearing them up. That's why I don't usually buy them anymore. However, I did buy a pair in the 'Silver Fox" color recently, but only because I received a very good deal for them. They're nice, but overly washed, stretched and whatever else Levis does to their jeans. They're also barely 10 ounces in weight, compared to heavier Levis in the past, which ran closer to 14 ounces. So while I'm happy with my purchase, I can't say the same about the quality of Levis jeans. I'm really disappointed in the direction this brand has taken. 06/30/2011
