Rated 4 out of 5 by from Disppointed These earrings are very beautiful...my only complaint is that they are VERY difficult to put on and take off. They are one-piece with a stem and a piece that is supposed to latch onto the stem. However, instead of the hole having an open end, it is just a small hole in which the stem fits. It's so hard to maneuver the stem into the hole and being that you can't see if it's latched or not, you take your chances that it's latched. The first time I wore them, I was walking around with one earring unlatched. Then, when you try to unlatch them, the fit is so tight my ear is sore from trying to take them off. It's sad because really like the earrings. I'm disappointed..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard to open clasps on loops. The earrings are poorly designed and really should be post earrings instead of the clipping closed loops. I have arthritis, but even for a normal person these earrings are hard to open because the opening is so small. Even though it says the earrings are over a 1/2" long the way they curve makes them small. The opals are beautiful, but I worry about the integrity of the clasp.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the catch is faulty... I really like the way these cute little opal hoops look, but the 'hook-in-eye' clasp opens easily & I almost lost one the first time I wore them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't purchase The product looks fine, the clasp is poor, will not stay hooked. It is not a faulty clasp it is a faulty design.
