Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a good razor at all I have had several electric razors. I like the convenience of shaving on the go. This is one of the worst I have ever used. I does not shave even remotely close, the charge does not last long at all. I have had razors that have held a charge for 6-8 weeks. This lone lasts about a week. And it is uncomfortable to use. It does not hurt but is not feel good. There is no reason I can imagine that I would recommend this razor. 02/21/2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by A couple issues with the XR-1330 I purchased this product in December 2013. The shave is fine, but it is difficult to remove the head to empty. Once you remove it, the cutters can easily fall out (into the trash - kind of gross). If you aren't careful (I wasn't), you might lose a cutter. There are no replacements available for sale in the USA. Very frustrating. Also, the red light that is supposed to warn you that the battery is low doesn't work either. This was one of the reasons I purchased this razor. I recommend choosing a different razor since you have to be REALLY CAREFUL emptying it. 03/01/2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Won't Charge I purchased this product as a gift, and after following the instructions to allow razor to charge for 24 hours, it does not turn on. The razor also does not light up while charging. 01/02/2016
