Rated 2 out of 5 by Eats you alive If you have even slightly sensitive skin, this will give you razor burn so bad that you will be walking around looking like someone tried to slit your neck for a week. And for all that trouble it doesn't even cut that well; it left stray hairs all over my neck. The only good thing about it is the battery life which i admit is stunning. I have tried multiple techniques of using this, have kept it clean, lubricated it; all to no avail. That thing they tell you about moving it in a circular motion? What a laugh! It can't' even move like that on your skin most of the time. Unless you have skin of leather, stay away from this. 01/15/2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by poor performance the battery seems ok but other than that the shaver does not work very will compared to my old shaver (also a Remington 1200 series). does not shave close and leaves skin irritation. did not meet expectations. 03/28/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Feels like a cheap plastic toy. I had previously used a Remington shaver for a number of years, replacing the head and batteries when available but it was time to buy a new unit. I thought this would be a good product with a lithium battery and it's light weight but I hate the power flex head which makes it feel like a plastic toy. I am also not very impressed with it ability to provide a clean shave. If I had not been out of town for the past month I would have returned it to the store but now that I have to pay to return it to Remington, I will be sure not to buy another one of their shavers. 10/15/2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not military grade Had this just for a couple months worked fairly well, but the screw in the middle that holds the head to the body stripped out. The threads are plastic! I don't know the engineers were thinking when they made this, not made to last at all. 02/27/2016
