Rated 1 out of 5 by Not the results I had Expected! Thinking that this product would save me time & money was a bad call on my part. The overall idea is a good one...use your own ground coffee and skip the "make a pot" every morning when you only ever drink a cup! However, I have tried several different grinds and can not get a good strong cup of coffee not matter what roast or grind type I use. Water spills out over the top of the unit and the coffee never gets "infiltrated" properly. I tried using less coffee in the unit and that just makes a really bland watery cup of coffee. So, for now, I am relegated to spending an arm & leg on K-cups until Keurig perfects this gadget! 07/02/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by I have two! I've had my Keurig for 5 years now and it came with it. I've since acquired a second My K-Cup about a year ago. These work perfectly and I much prefer my own blends that I grind and spoon into the basket. I drink 2-4 cups per day and these are easy to clean in-between brewing. Tap the base against the basket overtop an old coffee can and rinse over the sink with cold water (not the disposal though!). Then I take the used grinds and dump them into the flower bed :) 09/29/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great reusable filter I decided to try the Keurig Reusable with my Keurig as the other filter I have always spilled grounds. The Keurig filter works great, I've been able to enjoy grinding my own beans for a wonderful fresh cup of coffee, and it is a cost savings not having to purchase pods as much. 09/18/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Simple Call, Simple Fix I was having the same problem described by many. Water overflowing, coffee grounds, and weak taste. I called Keurig and they gave me a simple fix. Look up by the needle that pierces a normal k-cup. There is a small rubber gasket around the needle. Simply give it a wiggle and pull it down a little bit (be very careful, the needle is very sharp). Since that I have been enjoying my delicious 100% extra fancy Kona coffee that I brought back from Kona, Hawai'i. The taste couldn't be better. Now, I am very satisfied with this product. My only criticism is that I wish it could hold a bit more coffee. 09/08/2011
