Rated 1 out of 5 by Norelco electric shaver Received new shaver. Was very disappointed when it came. My husband really need this new one to work properly when receiving. I read all the great reviews. But when he tried it, the shaver only worked at 1/4, if that, speed plugged in. Was very disappointed & disatisfied. He's in the hospital w congestive heart failure among other serious medical issues & has cancer. He's having to use his old shaver which pulls & tugs. Quality control here dropped the ball. Now I need to be w my husband and must worry about replacing this with a return for a new one, which im elderly disabled don't drive & sure don't have time to go to Kohls to return, even if they have it in stock at our local Kohls. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. 09/24/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by This product was dirty! It is probably not fair to Norelco to rate the razor so poorly. The fault was totally on Kohls. This was an online purchase. When my husband opened the razor, he found it full of hair and truly disgusting. Obviously, an unscrupulous customer replaced his used razor in the new package and returned it. The clerk who took my return said that the Kohls employee who originally took back the razor should have noticed the dirt and marked it damaged. Although it cost me an extra trip to return the razor, I do have to admit that it provided us both with a great Christmas story! BTW- I bought a replacement razor at another store. 01/10/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bought this for my husband to replace his old Norelco that had literally died from overuse. He loves his new razor. Says it gives him a clean smooth shave (and I agree) with no pulling of hair or razor burn. Comfortable feel as he holds it. Three shaving heads glide perfectly over his face, neck and around his chin. We have been married 33 years and he has always used the Philips/Norelco brand electric razor. Has tried other brands in the past but never liked them as well. This is his brand for life. 08/24/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by They keep getting better I have used Norelco shavers for 45 years. They have never disappointed. I bought this model only because the battery in the shaver I've had for ~10 years is obviously failing; charge used to last as long as 6 weeks, but now lasts only 10-14 days. Although the 4400 is aquatec (can use in the shower and with shaving cream), I didn't need that capability, but because it's aquatec, you can clean the head by running water on it, a nice convenience. I also wanted to retain the 1-hr. charge feature I had in the old shaver, and the 4400 does. The shaves from this model are noticeably closer than the old one, and it's also quieter. 12/11/2014
