I wish there was a size was 7.5. The size 8 is good, but just a bit loose for me, and the 7 is small. That's the only complaint. The cost is not cheap (depending on where you buy it), but you surely get what you pay for: the quality of craftsmanship is wonderful: the brief features a nice additional coverage around most intimate places of your body, the panties are super soft, offer total coverage starting on your waist and continuing on downward. I washed it prior to wearing in Warm water and dried on regular permanent setting. The colors-the pastel trio-pink, white and nude-yellowish are very good.

The underwear is Jockey, which is to say it's extremely comfortable and durable. I wear nothing else and usually end up throwing them out so I can get the newest colors way before they have lost their purpose. They are very soft and don't bunch or ride up. I ordered the same size I have been ordering for years; however, when I got them home, I realized Jockey has changed their sizing. I am the same size I've always been for the last 20 years, but when I tried them on they were too tight. Since I couldn't exchange them, I went back to Kohl's and bought a size larger, which fit perfectly.

I've tried all the other box store cotton briefs and these are by far the softest and most comfortable ones by far. I love that the elastic is covered in the soft cotton material. They wash well. I've had a few surgeries lately and they are the easiest ones to pull up and down when it's a struggle. They are worth the few extra dollars over the cheaper packaged briefs and they come in soft feminine colors. Get them, you won't be disappointed!!

I want underpant briefs that go up to my waist and cover my bottom (no high cut legs, either). These fit the bill. I really like them but I thought they were a bit pricey. I ordered 2 packs of the assorted black. One pack came with the following colors: 1 light heather gray, 1 charcoal gray, 1 solid black. The other pack came with: 2 solid blacks and 1 solid silver gray. I don't know why they were different, I ordered 2 of the same thing. However, as long as you are forewarned that the assortment of colors may vary, I recommend these highly. I have washed them and did not find them to shrink and I don't think the fabric is flimsy.
