by LisaR74 Wires kept poking through the ends
I had problems with this particular bra from the very beginning. I have the same bra in charcoal and it hasn't been quite as bad, but I've also had to do repairs on it. The problem is the underwire breaks through the fabric on the ends, and I finally discovered the cause. After mending it and it still poked through, I decided to just pull the wires out. Only one of the ends had paint/rubber, something to prevent the wire from tearing the fabric and pushing through. And this was the only end that I never had to repair after a year of wearing and washing. Quality control, people! If the wire doesn't have protective coating on the end, don't put it in the bra! I'm probably griping at the wrong people here, but please pass this on to the company responsible for putting this together.

by cttx Great bra, crimson lotus has white trim
I love this bra and already have multiple colors. I recently ordered the crimson lotus and was surprised to see that it has white accents on the flower part of the trim lace. The white accents in the flowers are all along the center and top lace and the sides. It does not show that way in the picture of the crimson lotus color. I will still keep it, but I would have preferred to not have the white trim - would have preferred it to be a solid color like the picture shows.

I am always looking for an underwire bra without padding, and preferably with some stretch in the cup. This fits the bill, and the lace is a bonus, as these bras are very pretty. I have several in various colors and they fit well, give me enough support, and they're comfortable. The also do not show under lightweight knits, which is a plus over some other similar bigger-name bras that have seaming that shows under lightweight fabrics. I would prefer a slightly wider shoulder strap, but that's my only complaint.

Since having bilateral mastectomies and subsequent reconstructive surgery, buying a bra isn't much fun. They almost always have that stupid point at the end, you know where there's nothing to fill it out anymore and you can push it down with your finger? Well, this bra is shaped more like an implant so that problem is eliminated. I also like the pretty lace; it can disguise a multitude of ripples under your skin. And it is high enough to cover any scars on the top part of your breast (yes, I have those too). I wish there was a little padding, but I will NOT complain since this is the first bra I have felt somewhat good in in many years.
