Rated 3 out of 5 by Good shoe, bad fit I have been buying Sketchers for a while and have always loved the comfort and fit. I decided to upgrade my shoe choice due to the amount of impact I was experiencing in my walks. I was shocked to find how poorly this shoe fit in comparison to other shoes the same size. For some weird reason Sketchers decided to bring in the insole but keep the width the same. It is really hard to describe. It is like you are balancing on the soles like a balance beam but have the support around the outside of your foot. Very strange design. I will not longer buy shoes online, it looks like I am forced to go to the store which is not one of my favorite things to do. 05/29/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great, comfy, all-day shoes!! I'm recovering from a knee injury and wanted to return to running eventually, so I ordered these shoes hoping that they would help. I'm very happy that I did! The shoes are very, very comfortable with the memory foam insoles, yet they still offer good arch support (unlike the Sketchers Go Walk shoes). Because of the cushioning and support, I'm able to wear these shoes for long periods of time without aggravating my painful knee. I can walk in them, go shopping, etc without any problems or aches. They are also very stylish - I've gotten many compliments. The air "bubbles" on the sole, seem to be holding up well with constant wear. I haven't noticed any holes or thin spots forming and they don't become slippery when walking across a wet floor. As I ease back into running, I'm hoping these shoes will still continue to work well for me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. No disappointments here!! 06/17/2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok while they lasted I got these about 3 months ago. After I got them I wondered how long they would last. I walk every day on cement around my complex, approx 2-4 miles depending on how much I feel like doing, weather, etc. The pillows are already wearing out, worn down, some torn from the bottom of the shoe and debris got into those pillows. If you step on a stone/pebble you DO feel it. I do not feel like I'm walking on mini trampolines. Honestly, for time I had them they have performed OK and kept my feet mostly comfortable but I'm VERY disappointed that they are already wearing out. I don't feel like they should be worn out yet for the price paid. I will not buy these again. 07/27/2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Spoiled to Sketcher's GoWalk 2 I ordered these online, thinking, "Finally! They made a laced tennis shoe with the same soles as the Sketcher GoWalk 2!" If this is what you're looking for (such as the injection molded cushions on the sole that provide sooo much comfort in the GoWalk 2), these pads are not the same. They don't seem to have the soft rubbery pads as the GoWalk 2. Instead, they are more like a hard plastic bottom. I'm hoping they are as comfortable as everyone rated them, because I really had my heart set on the softer pads. I'm also a little leery about what one rater said about the hard plastic bottoms not being good in the rain or snow when it comes to traction...scary! I'll have to wait and see this winter. 08/29/2014
