I think it is practical, specially the car seat with the base.

Does not recline as advertised and is hard to maneuver. It's okay if it is all you have.

We purchased this stroller as a replacement for our Combi stroller, which was a six-year-old hand-me-down that finally gave in. We need a stroller for another year, perhaps, and the biggest selling point of this one was that it was rated for children up to fifty lbs. We also needed one with a single bar, and this one fit the bill. It seems comfortable for our child, handles pretty well, and is perfectly fine for getting around town. The three things we don't like are 1) It is not very portable. Despite its name, the way that it folds is hardly compact, and it doesn't stay folded/closed very well. We have to carry around a bungy cord just to help keep it shut and 2) it would be nice if, when folded, there was a carrying handle. Seems like a no-brainer but there isn't one. So we use the bungy cord for that as well. Anyway, it doesn't matter too much, because the 3) complaint is that it's not very lightweight. It's pretty heavy! We had hoped to be able to use this while traveling, however, it's just too much - there would be no way to fit this and two suitcases in the trunk of our car, for example. But as an inexpensive stroller for getting around town, it seems pretty nice - lots of storage, and easy to steer.

It is light, small, and inexpensive and was worth my investment. It is perfect for what it is made for such as, walking in the mall, in the grocery store, quick walks to the pediatrician. But the wheels did not turn with ease and would drag and make noise until after I added lubrication. Also the material at the handle started peeling.
