I am so disappointed in this rower. The big plus is the small footprint. Otherwise, it squeaks and groans and constantly needs oiling. The tension adjustment is clumsy and difficult to use. The pneumatic tube was faulty and needed to be replaced. The replacement is not much better. The seat is very uncomfortable and has an unstable feel to it (though I don't think it is unstable- just feels that way). I was not looking for a top of the line piece of equipment, but this is highly disappointing. If the construction was better quality, it would be ideal.

I've used the rower several times so far, and I am very pleased with the sturdiness and ease of use. It's not too heavy to move around and it can be stored on end in an upright position that takes up less than 2'x2' of floor space. The activity monitoring device provides good info. I haven't adjusted the tension yet other than when it was set up, but the range seems to be accommodating enough. There are a few things that I want to modify: the handle grips are hard plastic & not very comfortable - so I'll probably replace them with a softer foam-type grip; and when the seat comes forward all the way while rowing, it can hit the stopper very hard if I don't purposely stop before contact - there should be a soft cushioned bushing there instead of a hard material & I'll try to find something with more cushion to go over the harder bushing. The seat comfort is OK, but could be improved on. It would be nice if the handle length was adjustable for another variable feature. Overall I am very satisfied for the price.

I've had the rower for a few months and I love it. It gives me a great cardio workout as well as helps me build and tone muscles. It takes up a small amount of space and easy to move. It's the best piece of fitness equipment I have purchased.

I bought my rower about a month ago and use it 3 times each week for 15 minutes at a time. I was worried about it only having 5 resistance settings but after a TON of research and back and forth I still went with the Stamina. I am no longer worried about only having 5 settings...I climb rocks yet I'm currently using the lowest setting and it's sufficient. It's a basic machine and I'm not sure why you'd need much more...unless you are an actual rower. Sometimes less is better and I think this product is one of the better examples of that. Bonus, the price is right.
