I LOVE this vacuum! It's both lightweight and easy to maneuver. Being 8 months pregnant, I just don't have it in me to fight with my heavy, upright vacuum anymore and the bending down it requires to use the hose attachment. Not to mention, it wasn't designed to clean hardwood floors. This vacuum is definitely made for hardwood floors! The vacuum hose is adjustable so that you don't have to bend down to vacuum. I've also used the carpet attachment on our bathroom rug and in my daughter's room and that worked well too! The suction power is strong and the canister is easy to empty. You seriously can't beat it for the price!

I initially bought this vacuum for my daughter; she has hardwood floors throughout her house, and a dog, so thought it would be better than just "swiffering" all the time to pick up dust and dog hair. Needed something compact with good suction. Well, this fits all the criteria! It is lightweight, small and easy to store, but the suction is great, floor attachment gently rotates with a soft brush, and picks up everything! You can adjust the suction strength, and is bagless and easy to empty. Liked it so much, bought one for myself as well.

We ordered this for the hardwood floors in our home. It works great. I gave it four stars for the "concessions" that you need to make with it - short power cord and small bagless container that has to be emptied an awful lot. I'm waiting to see how strong the plastic flip-up handle is and if the extension will wear out quickly but so far I'm happy with its performance as well as the fact that it is both quiet and does a good job on area throw rugs that my other vac would just suck up.

Love style but I am stooped over while sweeper. It seems for me, I am 5'6", I have to lean over while sweeping. I have tried to watch my posture but still end up leaning over. Any solutions?
