I have assorted bread pans because I bake on a very regular basis. Before these pans, the air-lock pans were my favorite, but these are now the only pans I use. Bread bakes evenly and does not stick to the pan. The only problem with the pans are the creases in the corners of the pan. They need to be cleaned with a brush, so I won't be making meatloaf in them. Otherwise, I highly recommend them for baking.

These pans are perfect for baking homemade bread. They are a good size and the loaves "brown up" nicely in them, top, bottom and sides. Construction and materials are both excellent quality. Plus, they are made in the USA, which is always a plus with me!
