I have an induction cooktop and have purchased a non-stick ceramic pan made in Italy by a different company that works great. THIS PAN however, is only non-stick if you put oil in it or spray it. (I use this type pan for omelets.) Also, you are not supposed to pre-heat the pan. I returned it.

I have had a few ceramic pans to date. I have not been happy with the quality of any of them until these Mepra ones.
I have owned both sizes (the 11.5"and the 10") for 10 months now, and they have had very heavy use. Although the interiors are white, there has been VERY faint inconsequential (in my opinion) staining on the inside. I took some precautions with these because they were more expensive than other ceramic pans I had purchased but sick of the terrible quality with the others, I considered these an investment.
Firstly, I purchased them from Kohls due to the excellent return policy. Plus I store them nested inside each other with an old dishcloth between them to avoid any scratching or chipping. I only use silicone or wooden implements in them and I hand wash them. Occasionally when there has been some persistent staining after I wash them, I use a baking soda and water slurry and scrub them with a soft cloth and that removes virtually all staining easily.
With all that said, (and the reason for the loss of one star on my review for the larger size) after a few months of use, the larger one developed a couple of small chips in the bottom of the pan, despite all the care taken. It happened immediately after using them one day, but only silicone implements were used. I think it may have been a coating flaw, and I have continued to use it for another 8 months with no increase to the chipping. I dug out my receipt and will probably return it for a replacement before the warranty period has expired. But I WILL DEFINATELY get another exactly the same!
This smaller pan has no issues at all, and I do think it was just a coating issue with just that one pan. The chips are tiny and don't actually cause any issues with sticking etc, but I would like a non-chipped one.
I am very glad I purchased from Kohls and I can exchange. But overall I am thrilled with the quality of these pans! I will be posting the same review on the other one I purchased and I can highly recommend these ceramic pans over the others I have tried (4 other brands)
NOTE: I wanted to respond to the other review for this pan, I will say that I do use a little bit of olive oil or butter when I cook in these pans and I don't turn the heat up really high (I have an electric range) I do preheat for a minute, but these pans heat up quickly so there isn't any need to preheat for longer. As far as the sticking issue - in my experience ceramic pans are not as non-stick as non-stick pans (such as Teflon) BUT you don't get the chemicals from the non-stick surface coating in your food. Ceramic is natural and healthy and yeah, I'm ok with a bit of organic butter or organic EVOO or organic high heat sunflower oil. More ok with a little bit of organic fat (which adds to the flavor anyway), than with the volatile compounds in other nasty chemical surface coatings.
