The pants are comfortable to wear, repels liquids, and has a nice straight fit. However, the pocket cloth reveals itself. So if it's opposite the color of the pant you'll be showing it off. More obvious with a more rounded bun or when you place a wallet in the back. The liner material even look like boxer shorts and with a beige color it looks unwashed .. yuk!. With a pleated front this is not much of a problem (but not my style#. Lined with the same color as the pant would have resolved the issue.
Another drawback ... after just 2 washes #I do cold wash only) the inseam shrunk by an inch already.

I bought 5 pairs of no iron Croft and Barrow pants at the same time in different colors. All size 32x30. 4 fit fine. 2 of the pants were these Straight-Fit Flat-Front No Iron Microfiber Dress Pants. The Stone pair fit fine. The other in the charcoal color felt like it was 2 sizes too small. I put them up right next to each other to compare the waists and the charcoal pants were definitely a lot smaller even though the tags said they were the same size. The bad part is that these are online only so I'm not sure how an exchange would work.

I purchased a pair of the sand color pants and they fit like a glove! I like them so much, that I purchased a pair on all of the other colors. The sizing could be a little off from color to color, but not a deal breaker. I got a lot of compliments from both men and women, and I feel well dressed for work.

I bought these pants trying to get a second color of another pair I bought about six months ago, which are excellent in quality and very well styled (they're my favorite pants). Although the product description is almost identical to my other no-longer-available pants (Croft & Barrow flat-front no-iron), the pair I just received don't seem to be cut right... I know that this style is supposed to be worn a little below the waist, but these pants don't even come to the top of my rear end even with the crotch of the pants as high as it can physically go. I'm a 32/32 and started running at the gym between the pants purchases, so it's not a problem of my sizing not matching the pants... either this style or the manufacturing quality just isn't right.
Aside from that, the "microfiber" cloth is very soft and seems like it would repel stains, but it is also somewhat thin. My other pants are much heavier fabric, which holds up much better for regular office wear.
