Great product. We have used for fish, pork, veggies and beef since buying and the outcomes have been awesome. With more practice it will only produce better smoked products. Timer is a great feature. The smoker keeps constant heat and uses woods chips very well although I'd suggest soaking chips for 24 hours before use for best result. Cannot give an excellent rating as everything/product has room for improvement.

This is so easy to use. I have made brisket , ribs, and pork butt. the 1st time you do this is a learning experience but you make corrections in how long you cook and at what temp so as to not over cook. each time I use this its getting better and better. so much easier than non-electric. where the temps vary.
