After about a year, the belt came off the unit and it would not pickup any material. I called to get a replacement cog that the belt fit on but that was not an available part but they could sell me the entire head unit for a price. Since the part was going to cost almost half the price of it originally, I didn't purchase it. I would not recommend this machine. The material quality is not good.

Spent my time assembling and charging this item. First use was a big disappointment. It was only maybe medium strong enough to vacuum up small pieces of threads, strings and hair. And when I shut it off, which I did three times, it deposited whatever was on the brushes onto the carpet. The dirt cup when I was cleaning it, contents were really minimal. Leading me to believe that what was deposited on the carpet was what should have been vacuumed into the dirt cup.
Only good think I can state was that the way you can lower the handle to get underthings you can't reach with a regular vacuum.

I had the Shark cordless for years and loved it. The battery is getting weak and I have to charge it all the time so I thought it was time for a new one. Very disappointed. It doesn't pick up like my old one and throws out dust. Will be sending it back.

I've owned s shark cordless sweeper for many years. This is the third one I've had so I also bought one for my mother in law. Both sweeper motors are horrible on these newest ones. It's only been 11 months for these sweepers and both of them can not go more then one day without plugging in and they drag really bad on anything other then a very short carpet. The old motors were great. Not sure why they wouldn't improve rather then degrade.
