Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short lifespan I bought my nutribullet almost a year ago, and it seems to have lasted longer than many I am reading about. But like these reviews, mine too started leaking. So I started using the bigger cup, thinking I was simply overfilling the small one. I thought the problem was solved, but now the blades are almost impossible to engage. When I am able to get it going, the unit doesn't want to turn off. I have to unplug it. I will attempt to contact customer service, but I do not have time to play tag with them. I simply will not buy another one. Nor will I recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I previously owned a Nutribullet and loved it. I tried to replace one of the extractor blade pieces when it finally wore out. The replacement was either way too expensive or did not fit the cups I had and had to be sent back. So I decide to buy a whole new unit from these guys. this one is basically just a blender. It no longer makes my drinks in 10 seconds.I use the same ingredients as before but the spinach or other greens take forever to blend in. I have to stop, stir, re-start, re-stir. I wanted anoth extractor, not another blender. Not worth the money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money Almost from the beginning, the unit leaked. I would be sent a new blade (paying S&H for the privilege) yet none ever helped. The company does not stand behind its product. Watch the YouTube videos! Read America's Test Kitchen reviews. Leaky 900 Pros aren't unique to me. There is a reason why this device is not on their "recommended" lists. Just over 12 months ownership, the unit completely died. (From all the leakage, perhaps?)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No parts Gasket of my nutribullet got damaged and a replacement is nowhere to be found. The nutribullet is unusable until this company offers a full list of parts. Don't buy a nutribullet is what I hear the company say when they don't offer parts.
