This is great product idea but the cords don't last. I've seen other reviewers that point out that I can use a bungee cord. Yeah I know that and I did that. The point of a review is to let people know that maybe Rubbermaid should have used a cord that will last so the person buying their product won't have to fix it with a part they cobbled from their own stuff. Or here's a crazy idea -- provide replacement parts -- even if you charge a small fee, that will make most people happy. I'm sure there are about 10 million of these cords in a warehouse somewhere and based on the quality I suspect they don't cost much for Rubbermaid.

Like other reviewers have stated, the elastic cords break after a while. But hubby figured out a wonderful replacement, and seems to be much sturdier than the original bands provided ~ ~ ~ Bungee Cords. Just hook them on in place of the original bands and you're back in business! Definitely worth having this space-saving vertical rack instead of the Rubbermaid bin we had been using.

We bought a couple of these, because of all the basketballs and soccer balls that kept rolling out into the driveway. Love it. Toss 'em in, and then just pull them out.
My only complaint is that one of the black rubber pieces on each of the racks has broken. I've checked your website and can't find anywhere to get replacements. The racks still kind of work, you just have to be very careful not to hit it or the balls start to roll out. I do recommend this product, it takes up very little space and is very convenient.
Is it possible to get a couple of replacements for this piece? If not, what are customers supposed to do?

Ironic how this product fails at the rubber "bungee-like" straps ovet time, since it is made by the "RubberMaid" company. The product stood up for about 18 months now it wont hold more than a couple of balls due to rubber bungee failure.
