Rated 3 out of 5Â by Notyouraverageshopper Sound Quality Lacking
I purchased this speaker to use with a Walkman FM radio and to stream music from my Android phone. Sound Quality for music was mediocre at best. Poor base response and lackluster mid and high range tone account for my overall rating. The volume control only works if you are using Bluetooth. Devices connected via line-in can only be adjusted by using their own volume control. Monster advertises that this speaker accepts voice commands. I have not been able to get that feature to work. The speaker is fine for reproduction of spoken word. The unit is compact and is relatively unobtrusive on my shelf.

The online reviews noted the volume control didn't work on most speakers. This my experience too.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Heididoo Great sound
I needed a speaker in the classroom for lessons where my student work on a tablet, and it is being displayed on a whiteboard for the whole class to see. The speaker on the tablet was not loud enough, but this little Monster does the job. I like how it tells me when it has paired and when it disconnects. So far it has gone a week between charges and has a velveteen pouch to store it in. I am very happy with my purchase.

I returned this item because it did not have the sound quality I was expecting. Not enough bass
