Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst cookware set I have ever owned!!! I bought the red set in April to "pop" in my new kitchen. The first week or two, the cookware was great. beautiful and non stick. I have ONLY washed these by hand, but over time the white interior has turned to gray and the nonstick interior has turned into the Absolute worst for sticking I have ever seen. Example: it took two days of soaking and two evenings of scrubbing to get off SCRAMBLED EGGS!!!! The paint scratches off easily and the red exterior now looks horrible with marks. I have a gas stove and there are actually black burn marks on the paint from where I used my high burner to boil a pot of water. Ridiculously poor quality in such a short period of time. 08/24/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love cooking with this set! I really do like this cookware. It is very pretty and I love the total non stick of the skillets. But...I am having a problem with the red on the bottom of the skillets coming off. When I get through cooking there is a powder residue on my glass top. However, I do not seem to have this problem with the pots. Does anyone else seem to have this problem? Is it possible that maybe there was a bad lot and I was just lucky enough to get one of them? 07/28/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely Love these Foodnetwork Pots and Pan Set I absolutely love these pots and pans from foodnetwork. I have been using my pans for 3 weeks now. These stylish pans will serve all your cooking need purposes. The ceramic non stick coating is definitely an upgrade to the traditional non stock coating pans. The only thing I notice is the lid handles will get a little warm but NOT hot. Even though the lid handles get warm it is not enough to burn you. The handles on the side of the pans do NOT get warm at all. If I was to make a suggestion buy a set of silicone spoons, spatulas and whisks so you wont ever have to worry about scratching the surface. 05/18/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great non-stick, ceramic coated pans I searched for a reasonably priced, quality, ceramic coated pan set for the last year or so to replace my worn Teflon set and I finally found and bought these. I really wanted the dark gray exterior, but the red was the only color available when I ordered. The color is not a bright red, but a slightly darker color (the picture is pretty accurate). The exterior coating goes from the top edge of the pans and covers the bottom except for a fat circle area that goes from right around the outside edge of the bottom of the pan toward the center. The thickness of the circle depends on the pan. The red finish was ground away in a circular pattern to reveal the aluminum surface below. I wish they hadn't done that because it makes it so the pans kind of catch on the grills when I move them from burner to burner and oil (and other gook) gets stuck in the grooves and will probably end up resulting in the staining the bottom of the pan. I would not recommend it for glass cook tops due to the grooved aluminum on the bottom of the pans that kind of 'catch' somewhat as I move the pans from burner to burner on my gas cook top with coated cast iron grills. So far, the white ceramic coating has been fabulous. Nothing at all sticks to it and cleaning is quick and easy, although I would prefer it was a darker color as I am sure it will eventually stain as time goes by. The lids are great and even have a small hole for venting. If I cook on a lower setting, the pan handle and lid handle stay cool enough to handle without a hot pad. If I am cooking something on a higher temperature, I need a hot pad for both handles. However, it says, "What The Pros Know: This set has all the pans you really need to outfit any kitchen," but that was not true for me. I really wanted a larger covered deep skillet (11" or 12") and a square griddle. However, the deep skillet is available separately. 08/03/2015
