DO NOT BUY THESE pan, you might as well throw your money away. Food sticks and stains the cooking surface and will never come clean again. Within a month these were garbage. Hopefully they will return them for us!

This set is about average. I decided to purchase it over the other set because I like the cream white non stick where I can better see the food in it. I am tired of black coat non stick. Quality wise, they are a bit thin, but I like its light weight though. The 2 fry pans are too shallow allowing food to escape easily:) As for stacking or storage, I wish they would make the 2 saucepans with 2 short handles as the large one for space saver stacking and without scratching off each other. Stacking them with lids on requires more space. Other than that, I like cooking with the non stick ceramic and hope the red color stay for a long time to come.

I bought the copper version of these pans because they look great! However as a piece of cookware these are absolute garbage. The non stick coating doesnt work at all.
I even did as instructed and seasoned all the pans when i got them. However seasoning them, the way instructed left some pretty gnarly oil stains on the white ceramic.
The pan sizes are just awful too. The largest fry pan is just too small to do much with. I cant even fry a strip of bacon or sear a pork loin in it.
If i could go back and never buy these, i would.
Also the beautiful copper finish is starting to stain now too. What a joke!!

We've had this set for about 6 months now. We followed the directions for seasoning them. Like another reviewer said, it left some bad oil stains on them. At first these seemed like the best set of cookware we'd owned. But after a few months of use, the coating started showing signs of scratching. We only use plastic utensils in our kitchen, so I found it odd that they were scratching the coating. Fast forward to now and these pots and pans look terrible. They've warped, scratched and aren't very non-stick anymore. I would avoid these pans at any cost.
