I have to say that I love my other Food Network Ceramic Nonstick cookware. I have several. I wanted the griddle for making over easy eggs so I could flip them easily. But you break an egg on it, it flows out to the edge. It is definitely not flat. The point of a griddle is to have it flat. Anyway, it's higher in the center. I you don't need flat, then it should be great for you.

I bought this about a year or two ago. I wanted this to make pancakes. Well the nonstick feature is not so nonstick. Soon enough things started sticking so much that the pan became stained. So here I am online again looking to buy a new one. Won't be this one.

So far (the last few weeks) this ceramic pan is doing well. NO non stick sprays needed: bacon, eggs, pancakes, and free form crepes have done well. No more worries about PFOA and scratching the coating on the pan. So far the pan has kept its shape and is not becoming deformed by the heating/cooling. So far so good! We'll see how it holds up to the test of time.
