I been drinking coffee since I was a little girl (common in my country Colombia) and I have to say that I have finally found the perfect match between technology and flavor, body and aroma in a machine. I drink my coffee with skim milk so its flavor has to be bold yet it can't be bitter in order to satisfy my taste, I have to say that the I can't find much of a difference between the Delicato and Classic cup... That means I love them both. The only thing this machine is missing is flavored coffee cups for my lattes. I really don't want to add extra calories I don't need with syrups, why not make the cups with flavored coffee just like the K cups. Just a thought :)

I prefer very strong coffee, but the delicato has won me over. It truly blends well with whatever milk, creamer, even alcoholic liquid you apply it to. I drink cappuccinos in the morning, sometimes just a straight shot (or two) of the espresso with a little sweetener. At night, I may brew some over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or make an irish coffee. The delicato pairs well with any ingredient your imagination chooses. I do not have the same success with the intenso or the classic, although they do have their pluses.

We find the coffee from the Rivo machine to be excellent. Can't drink too much coffee but with this machine it comes out perfect every time. The first machine stopped making foam satisfactorily and we called Keurig about it. The operators I spoke with were wonderful and we were sent a new machine. Had to send back the 1st one. The second machine makes perfect foam and perfect coffee. I am anxiously waiting for the Rivo to provide 48 count packs.

I love the flavor of this expresso coffee blended with low fat soy. I could drink it all day long! I would like to try some flavored coffees without adding the syrups. I have added sugar free syrup to this as a cappacino, but I am not too wild about the flavor that way.
