Rated 5 out of 5 by Best coffee & coffee maker I found in US No Stock? After living in Europe my whole life, I've always been spoiled with amazing good coffee. Lavazza was always one of my favorites so when I've seen the Rivo plus the milk frother I thought I'm in heaven, no more horrible American coffee! Yes, the pods are expensive and I absolutely hate it that I can't find them in any stores so far, Amazon and ebay sell them way overpriced and now you are out of stock!!!! Really, how is that possible!!! Plus last time I orders it took over a week for the package to make it to me....Product is awesome and amazing....the company not so much 09/22/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love, Love, Love My favorite brewer I have ever owned. I like it so much I bought a second one for my RV! What I enjoy the most is that it steams my 2% milk to perfection. Since I like my latte extra foamy I first cold froth it followed by a hot froth. Yes, takes a minute longer but SO WORTH it! My only suggestion: More coffee pod choices. Would love for example a hazelnut pod. 09/18/2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Do I have a Choice? First the good, I like my Rivo machine Then the not so good I was totally unaware that I HAD to buy from Keurig when I purchased my Rivo machine. There are other brands that I like but am unable to brew. Now, The product is out of stock (2 week wait!) from THE ONLY source anybody want to buy a used Rivo? 09/16/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Love the product, disappointed with the company I always buy this espresso, how can it be out of stock. I am extremely disappointed. With a company like Keurig, how does this happen? I have the brewer, so what am I to do now? I always order from you, so now I have a brewer and no espresso. I am one unhappy consumer and will be looking for a new brewer this weekend. I was a good and loyal customer ,this should not happen. 09/09/2016
