Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst cup of coffee I have ever had This product was very disappointing. It is the worst product I have ever purchased. It did not work right from the very start. I just got it today, but upon reading the instructions and making my first cup of coffee, I could see issues with it already. The steam would wet the entire coffee maker and part of the bar. It also leaked while making one cup of coffee. I read some bad reviews, but I thought I would give it a try anyway. That was a mistake. This machine does not puncture the k cups correctly, as someone else mentioned, so the first cup was just boiled water. I attempted it again, but got the same issue. On my third attempt, I punctured the k cup in order for it to make my coffee and let me tell you, it was so weak! It was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had! This coffee maker is going back tomorrow! I am willing to pay a lot more for a better quality machine if I have to. I thought it was a good deal, but truly it was just a waste of time! 01/08/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst coffee pot ever I bought this, brought it home, carafe was broken, took it back. Got another one...The hot plate was a mess after a month, all bubbled up like it had never been cleaned. Now it's 6 months old, and the water leaks out of the bottom, from somewhere, so it's totally shot. You fill the water tank, and wake up in the morning and the water is all over the counter. Thought it was great to have a flex coffee pot. But the product did not hold up at all. 01/26/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love the dual feature I love that this coffee maker has the ability to make one cup of coffee or a full pot, and it doesn't take up a ton of space on my counter top! What is even better is that you don't have to use a prepackaged cup to make a single cup. You can use your regular coffee grounds in the filtered basket included with the product. My only complaint about this product is that you have to be careful not to over fill the water tank when making a single cup, because it will give you an error message and you have to drain the water. I also cannot fit the majority of my tall to go mugs under the single cup maker. 12/18/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! First our Keurig died. Then our percolator died. So we decided to purchase this one, as it combined two coffee machines. We have had this for about a month now and so far, so good! I'm confused about how the other reviewers have managed to have it "overflow" when making coffee. It puts out whatever you put in for each brew... it's not designed to have water just sit in the reservoir (sounds like that's what they were trying to do?). Keurig kind of grossed me out to leave water sitting in it all the time anyway, so I'm glad this machine doesn't have that "feature". Works perfect, tastes great. No complaints here! 11/30/2015
