Rated 1 out of 5Â by 2ndmouse slow and then broke
I had a smaller Cuisinart before but I wanted something larger, so I got this tank. Well size isn't everything. This Elite monster never cooked as anything as rapidly as my old Cuisinart used to. I didn't bother to leave a review before and just grumbled to my husband instead. But NOW the fan, which allegedly was what made the oven a "convection", broke and there's a horrid, loud whirring noise the whole time I'm cooking anything. That said, I don't think it's any slower without the fan, which means the "convection" was bupkis all along. I'm thinking to give it to my 18 year old daughter as a 1st apartment. Ha ha.

This product works very well and it came without anything broken. It is also very easy to use as well as it is to clean.

I recently acquired this oven as a replacement for my Food Network Countertop Convection Oven. As much as I hated to get rid of the Food Network oven, I had so many problems with it. I chose the Elite oven because it was able to accommodate larger items. The oven seems to bake pretty evenly, so that's a plus. I haven't used the griddle feature on top, but I'm sure I'll get an opportunity. One thing I like about this oven is you can either turn on the timer which will shut off the oven after a certain amount of time, or you can turn it on indefinitely and manually shut it off. The only thing I would have liked is a different pan. The pan that is included is a broiler pan, and it's not ideal for making cookies, etc. Luckily I had another small pan from a previous toaster oven. Other than that, no complaints!

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift and he loved it. He had a toaster oven before but never one with all the features this one has.
