I've had my pressure cooker for about two years now and love it!! I can cook a frozen roast in 45 to 50 minutes and it'll be falling apart tender!!! I've taken frozen chicken wings, poured bbq sauce on them, after they cook I take them out and out them on a pan and pour the bbq juice from the pan onto the wings... Then throw them in the oven for about 15/20 mins!! Everyone loves my wings over my husbands now, now that's saying something around here!!! I got the stainless steel with blue and looks great!! I use this all the time!!

I first saw this pressure cooker at my sisters. We had a wonderful meal in less then an hour. The turkey breast was frozen, too. It was flavorful, had pan drippings for gravy, easy to clean & all this in an hour...I knew I needed to have one for just those quickie meals. There was nothing I didn't love about my new Elite Ele. Pressure Cooker!

I bought 2 of these pressure cookers because of the lid that lifted but stayed attached. My mom has arthritis and needed something that had a lid that was easy to use. I decided to buy one for me too.
The lids do not seal. They have to be pushed down and played with to get them to finally seal. After that, it takes about 15 min for them to pressure up.
If you cook soup, the moisture will come out after you release the steam. I am not impressed with this pressure cooker.
Both pressure cookers did the same thing. Not a good product

I wanted one large enough for family of 6. This one is great and it came in my favorite red! The only thing I would change = the digital screen is a little hard for me to read. The booklet is a little hard to understand at first and I wish it had more recipes. Plus I can't tell what to do with one of the little parts that came with it! It works great - pork tenderloin was done quickly and tasted great. Macaroni and cheese stuck to bottom of pan, won't try that again. Chili was the best.
