Rated 4 out of 5Â by MsLBC562 I actually thought it was bigger. Doesn't hold that much but it's really cute for parties

This review is one of very few which I've submitted re. products my husband and I have purchased. We've used this slow cooker set for over two years now and love it's versitility, accurate cooking results and streamlined appearance. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for smaller portion slow cookers. Especially for our Sunday brunch, simultaneously one pot cooks an egg quiche dish, a 2nd cooks steel cut oatmeal and the 3rd, a fruit compote recipe . . . all refrigerated the eve before and cooked on Sunday morning. As with any crock dish cooking I strongly recommend the use of liners which I cut in two for use in the 1 qt. pots and warming some at room temperature after refrigeration and before submitting to heat.
Rated 2 out of 5Â by IAHawki Too small to be very functional
I bought this for entertaining, with warm food appetizers. It works as it should, but each crock is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. This is probably my mistake for not understanding the sizes of the crocks. But I would buy a product with a much larger crock size if I did it again. However, the products works as it is supposed to. The only issue is that the "spoon" slots are kind of awkward, when you have to take the lid off and put on the holding rack. Not the best design for entertaining large parties.

I got this for less than MSRP at a big box store; I paid less than $30. I needed it for Thanksgiving and wasn't expecting much, just hoped it would work for what I needed it for (a soup bar). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and construction, and it worked perfectly for warming. I haven't tried it for cooking.. If I could give 4.5 stars rather than 5 I would; while the crocks hold 1.5 qts when filled to the rim, the instructions say not to fill them more than 3/4 full, and to allow for a utensil and avoid sloshing, you should plan on having not more than a qt of food in each crock.
