I bought my 18-qt roaster six years ago. I have used it for many turkeys (17-22 lbs), stuffed and not, and been very impressed with the results. No rust, no problems - just a great roaster. It cooks about 30% faster than in the oven and, with a little basting, the bird is always perfectly cooked and never dry. Sometimes browning is a little problem so I might put a just-cooked bird in the oven for 10-minutes to brown the top darkly. The lift out rack is great for getting the bird out of the cooker and on the serving tray without damage.
Hate to see reports of problems but happily not my experience.

Bought this two years ago and finally just had to trash it. Lid rusted after using it 3 times. Started lining with aluminum foil to protect food, but even that didn't stop rust from leaking out after several more uses. DO NOT buy this roaster.

Bought this to free up oven space for the holiday. Followed the recipe in the instruction manual / recipe guide. The turkey bag barely bumped the side of the pan while placing the bird in the roaster, the bag immediately melted to the side of the roaster. I am not sure there is any way that I could have prevented bumping the side of the pan short of exchanging the turkey with a Cornish hen. I only used the bag because the recipe in the enclosed manual instructed me to do so. Bad idea!!! In the end I cooked the turkey in my oven and after dinner spent hours removing the melted bag from the roaster pan. Not sure if the roaster is ruined because of the melted bag. For now this is just another appliance gathering dust in the pantry closet.

I received this for a Christmas gift. It is now July and I unpacked it to use it. On the bottom of it is a rust spot almost looks like a rivet. I am sure if I use it, it will turn into a hole. Can you get replacement pans?
