I purchased this item to steam out the bottom of my daughter's satin dress. It only had a few folding lines that I wanted to get out and didn't want to risk ruining by using an item. This ittle handheld steam didn't work at all. It offered short spurts of steam and splattering water soaking my daughter's dress. Hardly any steam produced, nothing near to remove a wrinkle from satin.
Will be returning to the store. Save yourself time and money and buy something else.

Unless I got a defective unit, I dont understand the good reviews.
For the amount of water this used it generated very little steam in only puffs. I gave up trying to get a very light wrinkle out of a new shirt.
For me its worthless and going back to the store tomorrow.

I was not able to steam an entire shirt before I had to refill the water tank, it hold less than 2 oz and is gravely insufficient. I would buy the larger version from the same manufacturer because it was effective but not practical unless truly being used minimally for travel.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by CHeck great small steamer
Purchased this for my daughter to get the wrinkles out of her prom dress. Worked GREAT! The water compartment is small but, it's a travel steamer(size of a small hairdryer) we got 1 shirt worth the steam out of it and it would fit great in your suitcase. All the others we looked at were huge and heavy. We just wanted a little steamer that would not take a lot of space. She is bringing it to collage next year. Will fit well in a dorm and works great on all those hard to iron blouses. No ironing board to store!
