Rated 1 out of 5 by TERRIBLE! I am so sorry I purchased this product. I had a great indoor grill (not a George Foreman) but another brand which I loved but it of course broke down through the years. My husband & I kept comparing all of the grills, for a drip pan, temp control, size of grill, etc. BUT one thing that is the most IMPORTANT is a "COVER" for the grill. Brought it home and it did not have a lid/cover in case you want to cover up what you are "grilling" or barbecue. So very cheap not to include something like this!! Even a "smoker grill" comes with a lid! I will not buy this again and when I can locate my receipt, it will be going back to the store ASAP. 06/07/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Surface is "NOT" non-stick I was very disappointed that the surface of this griddle is textured. It is not a non-stick surface. For breakfast, cooking the bacon will leave crusty bits which need to be removed before you even think about frying eggs. Then pancakes, nope, they stick as well. I will be looking for another griddle. 09/17/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Use it 2+ times a week This item is great for what we needed. On the weekends we can cook up a quick breakfast in no time at all for the whole family. We have used it to cook steaks as well. Only issue we have had is the one common to just about any griddle in that there are certain spots that are hotter than others. We figured that out with the steaks, but it all worked out because everyone had a different desired finish and it allowed us to basically cook them all the same length of time. It is pretty easy to clean and clear if you are just wiping grease into the catch. 01/19/2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Its overall good The griddle works great but the non stick surface scratches off very easily. I recommend using a non-stick cooking spray and handling with care. Use a plastic spatula instead of a metal one to prevent scratches. Use non-abrasive scrubbers such as sponges and decreasing dish soap with warm water to clean.
