I wanted a sturdy, long lasting, quality ironing board and while the frame of the board is sturdy the pad and cover are very low grade. I have only used the board a few times and the grid from the metal frame is already coming through on my clothes. The handle to hang clothes on is a great feature while its open but flops down while setting up and storing. It would be better if it has a latch to secure it. This ironing board was way over priced and I will be returning it to my local store.

Because I am short this ironing board was much too large and bulky for me to handle. The hangar attachment fell down. However the feature I didn't realize when ordering was that the narrowest end was much to wide to iron the legs of slacks when pulled onto that end. I just didn't realize this when seeing it on the Internet. It might be helpful to put the measurement on the internet. (Or if you did put the measurement I missed it!) My bad!

The wider board is so much better to use. However, I do not like where the lever is located, to raise and lower the board. I've had many boards and the lever is always on the left side, but not this one. It takes some getting used. What gives??
