I have been sewing for about 50 years and this particular one has something I had never seen before. A sleeve board that flips up and then back down out of the way. It also had a piece that flips up to hang clothes on after you've ironed them. My son says I'm crazy to spend so much on an iron and ironing board. I politely tell him that these are the tools of my trade. How much do you pay for those knives? I really like it and look forward to it being my last board to buy. It seems to be pretty sturdy, more so that he last one I got that this one replaced.

I love the wide Ironing board. I sew and being able to press larger items on the board makes me spend less time ironing and more time sewing. The board is sturdy and it is easy to set to just the right hight for me. I was a little hesitant to buy the wide board because of the price. My husband gave me a Kohl's gift card as one of my Christmas presents and I used it to buy my ironing board. So glad I did.

I ordered because I sew and quilt, so it is perfect.
Not thrilled with the cover, messed up a couple of items, but I can buy or make one of better quality.

This ironing board is very sturdy and I was so excited about the features until I start using it. I'm a professional seamstress and all ironing boards I've owned in my life were made of metal. Because of the heat/steam this ironing board is all wavy and it cracked.
An ironing board at this price should hold up longer than a month!!
I'm very disappointed!!
