Rated 4 out of 5 by My little dog ACTUALLY uses this one! I have a very tall bed. And i added a 3 inch topper, after that my little 8 pound dog could not jump on the bed. I bought a cheap pair of stairs and she would not use them no matter what i tried. She would stand next to them trying to jump up. I was hesitant to buy these based on some of the reviews. But for the price i figured it was worth a shot. Thank goodness i did. These have been great. My dog only had to be coaxed up a couple times and now she loves them. Doesn't use them to go down but uses them every time to go up. Quality is actually pretty decent. I think anyone would be pleased with this product, especially because of the great price. 01/20/2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor overall quality The stairs arrived in poor condition. I do not believe it was damaged during transport, nor do I believe Khols is at fault for the poor condition the stairs arrived. The box was completely in tack, no damage at all. When we opened the plastic to take out the stairs we noticed a few of the wood pieces were loose. We should have returned the product. As the next few days went on we noticed the entire product was falling apart. screws were not in tact, boards were not properly sized. My boyfriend was able to fix the product by using wood glue and proper sized screws. I would not recommend purchasing this product, unless you like to re-invent the product. 12/17/2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Stairs fell apart. When I opened this the back of the one stairs was off. So I put it on and set it up. First use of the steps my little guy was hanging by the top step. The middle section completely fell apart. So my husband and I held the steps together and nailed them so they would not move. If I would have know this was going to happen I just would have bought some wood and made them myself. 04/13/2016
