At first when I took the bed out of the vacuum sealed bag it was really flat & clumpy. I was going to take it back, but after a few days the memory foam expanded. My dogs love this bed & are always laying on it. You need to be patient for a day or two for the memory foam to expand & fluff it into place. My friend bought one & loves it, too!

The photo on the tag for this product clearly shows a dog paw leaving an impression in a piece of memory foam.. NOT!! The product was in the store in a compression roll. Opened it up and the interior sack (at least there is one) is just a lot of foam junk that looks and acts like carpet padding. Most of it was in hard compressed pieces. Tried to pull it apart to see what would happen, but it is still just a piece of floor sweepings - NOT a piece of memory foam like the mattress toppers that are sold for human beds. The outside cover is ok, but the inside is trash.

I bought this bed for my labradoodle about 2 yrs ago and she still loves this bed. The memory foam is not a solid piece, but rather small pieces of foam sealed in its own bag. Once a week I give the bed a quick fluff and then it looks as good as new again (even after 2 yrs). The outer cover removes easily for washing. Great supportive bed for an aging 11 yr old dog.

Had this a week and took it back. Zipper broke and stuffing fell out. Clumps and pieces of foam and trash stuffed this memory foam pet bed. Very disappointed because we own an older version of same bed which hasn't caused me to question quality. Now I wonder about it also.
