The first time we used this pan we cooked eggs. We sprayed the skillet with Pam and the eggs stuck really bad. We were able to get it clean fairly easy. Food continued to stick. I later cooked turkey burgers with the skillet (again using Pam and a medium heat setting) and again I was left with a sticking, black mess. Our skillet is still stained from that even after an hour of soaking and scrubbing. I really thought this pan would be good because of the name brand and price, but I am very disappointed.
