I've always used my fingers when applying liquid foundation and had seen and heard how great it was to use a brush. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a brush in case I didn't like it, but after some research and reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. Needless to say, after my first attempt at using this brush, I was really impressed at how well it worked. At first I thought that I hadn't used enough foundation because it went on so evenly and so easily. But after further examination I saw just how smooth my skin looked and how well the foundation had blended in. I couldn't believe how nice and even everything looked! I would definitely buy this brush again.

I was really excited to use this product because I've heard such good things about real techniques products in general. they are also affordable. I decided to give my sponge applicator a rest and give the expert facial brush a try. I really didn't like. when I was applying my Mac liquid foundation the bristles left streak all over my face. it is supposed to blend foundation flawlessly but in the end I had to take it all of and go back to my sponge. I tried it out several more times and the same thing happened.

This brush is amazing! You can't beat the quality, especially for the price. The bristles are firm but soft, which makes it perfect for applying foundation. I primarily use it to apply liquid foundation (in "swirling" motions). I heard there is a tutorial that helps explain how to use the brush, and people have raved about it. Overall, this is a great brush and the only brush I use for applying liquid-based foundation. Since the bristles stay in the brush and the brush is full of bristles, cosmetic products don't fall to the bottom. Highly recommend! I'm bought a few for friends for Christmas since I love it so much.

This brush works well with a liquid foundation, but the product tends to accumulate on the bristles. Once you start cleaning the brush (per instructions) the bristles start to fall out ultimately leaving you without a brush head. This brush needed to be replaced 6 months in.
