Rated 5 out of 5 by Too Big---Ha I bought this for my Wife who fell in love with two nonstick skillets (Calphalon) I got for her several months ago. She took one look at the 13.5 inch skillet and pronounced it was "too big," too expensive" and she would have little use for it. Fast forward three weeks. She has used the skillet almost every day (twice yesterday) and wonders why she thought it was too big and what a great bargain. She can't believe it is really nonstick as nonstick as her other Calphalon skillets and cleans up so quickly with a little soap and dish cloth. She already plans to give one to one of our sons who loves to cook for his birthday in April. 01/29/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous work-horse, "go to" pan! I purchased this pan w/lid set to replace a Cuisinart model, that was similar, that bowed in the middle after only having it a couple months. The Calphalon pan is FAR superior in quality and weight! The bottom of the skillet is thicker and heavier. More importantly, the entire bottom surface is flat on my ceramic cook top and does not "rock" like my old pan. This plan cleans up like a breeze and is definitely my "work horse" pan for the many one-skillet meals I make for my family. I also own a Calphalon 10" omelet pan, which is my "go to" pan for smaller dishes that require a fry-type pan. Excellent products! 03/31/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! I haven't had the skillet too long but I love it and have used it several times. I am so impressed with the size--but am really pleased with the heat distribution. This skillet is capable of frying up a large batch of potatoes to a great crispy brown or browning meat to give a great color, etc. Also the packaging and shipping are above the norm. 08/19/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A non-stick pan! I have spent my entire marriage looking for a non-stick pan. I have been through several pans that claim to be non-stick. Each time I bought one, I used it, and thought, "Wouldn't it be incredible if I could actually find a non-stick pan." I love this pan! It's big enough to cook for my family, and it does not stick! I wish I had two or three; its home is on the stove because I use it literally every single day. I'm put out if my husband takes more than a couple of hours to wash it, because I need it again. It doesn't stick! I can cook anything! Best. Pan. Ever. 09/15/2011
