Rated 5 out of 5Â by krose27 I was thrilled when i received my turntable.
When I got my turntable I was disappointed on how Kohls shipped it. They put the shipping label right on the original box. So much for putting it in a brown box to protect it and to hide from public on what you bought when delivered, especially this could have been a Christmas gift. After opening the box I was very pleased on how easy it was to set it up. When I put the vinyl on another slight disappointment was the cover. When opened, it's at an angle and the bottom of the cover is so close to the vinyl that you have to make sure not to move or bump the cover.

Was very excited to my surprise how fast my purchase was on my porch when I returned from work. When opened the box my eyes lit up with joy. I started to unwrap it like I was a small child on Christmas morning. I took out directions, read them, then I placed a 45 record on the player. There's no sound coming out of the speakers, I was like, you got to be kiddind me. I look at the directions again to see if I missed anything, NOPE I didn't. I tried the output jacks on the back, hook it up to my Bose system and played the record and heard static. I then tried the headphone jack and again nothing but static. I then tried the speakers again and still no sound. I'm really disappointed now, here on Thanksgiving morning with a non working record player.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by ShopTillIDrop77 This recored player looks awesome but it did not play records very well. It would play songs too fast and had no settings to slow it down enough. It could have potentially ruined the classic records that were passed down to me from my family. Not a very good quality player. The needle is also plastic so that is probably the problem. Spend a liitle money an get a nice one if you want to save the life of your records.

My roommate ordered this for me from Kohls and not only was it shipped in the box that it comes in so that I saw what it was when it was delivered, but when I opened it on Christmas and started to listen to my records, it sounded awful. I didn't have the heart to tell my roommate that her gift was junk. Now I am stuck with a defective record player that I can neither sell nor return.
