I would recommend this back-rest pillow "for the price." It does what it is supposed to do, which is support the back while a person is sitting up in bed. It isn't the most comfortable item of this type I've ever had (the stuffing is too hard), but it is alright for short periods of time. I would not recommend this for people who might be convalescing or otherwise in bed all day. Also, the microfiber cover does not spot clean very well, as I discovered when I accidentally spilled a drop of hand lotion on it. For the price, it would be a practical item for a college dorm.

Overall it's ok. I would prefer if it were a little higher in the back, and the arm rest parts go too far out to the side rather than forward. I guess this might be ok if I were a bigger person, but for me, I'd have to stick my arms straight out to the sides to actually put my arms on them. I just use it in combination with other pillows to prop myself up.

I like it enough that after this is over I might look for one made with better material but for right now, its perfct
