Rated 5 out of 5Â by OLMC1962 BEST HAND MIXER I'VE EVER HAD!
This KitchenAid 9-speed Hand Mixer is the best hand mixer I've ever used. It is lightweight and the motor runs so smooth and quiet. It inspires me to do more baking because I enjoy using it so much! My 17-year-old granddaughter was visiting and she loves to bake, so it was really nice for her to use my new KitchenAid hand mixer. It also came with a number of very handy attachments along with the two whisks. I'm sure that anyone who has this KitchenAid hand mixer is very pleased with it. It is a high quality and durable kitchen appliance.

Received the 9-speed hand mixer from my daughter as a Christmas gift two years ago. Have a KitchenAid stand mixer that I've used for the last 18 years and love it! But this hand mixer is not nearly as good a product. Don't need a hand mixer often (mashed potatoes and egg whites?) but this past Sunday, while whipping egg whites for a birthday cake, the speed control suddenly stopped working. Tough to get stiff egg whites on SLOW SPEED. Understand others have had the same problem. Hope some kind of product research is being done to correct this problem. Meanwhile, no, I would not recommend this product.

I love this hand mixer! It replaces a cheap one that lasted 18 years so I haven't had this much power of features in a long time. I mostly like the slow start up feature which is simple but brilliant! It really does help keep the ingredients in the bowl. The power is also very consistent and strong which I like! I had no problems mixing up a thick batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and that batter is THICK! I also love the extra tools that come with like the whisk and bread hooks. I am VERY happy with my purchase!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sandy Smooth, easy to use and powerful hand mixer
This was our first wedding gift. I was surprised at how much easier it makes life then hand mixing, whipping, stirring, or beating. Effortlessly blended cookie or bread dough, smoothly beat eggs, whipped cream, and batter. Has more power then in necessary, as I really never go above half power. Thick dough doesn't phase the motor which is impressive. What I like about it is it is easy to store too. They thought of all the details such as a cord which easily is managed and adjusted as needed, and stable propping options when it needs to be set on the counter.
