Rated 4 out of 5 by from One year later, still a hit My 21 month old received this for Christmas 2013. (He is almost 3 now.) Playing with the animals helped to reinforce the learning of their names and it didn't take long for him to "get" the concept of putting each animal through it's OWN hole into the truck. He has a ball pushing the truck around the house and even filling it with other items (like Melissa and Doug wooden puzzle animals) in addition to the animals that came with the it. We rotate toys out by request and the Rescue Rangers made another appearance again recently and is still fun over a year later. I like that everything stores inside the vehicle for easy clean-up. I DO wish (like with all the wooden toys) that the paint was a little less "chippy" especially around edges and corners. Otherwise, I think we may get a few more years out of this toy, entertainment-wise. Beyond the shape and naming skills, the opportunities for imaginative play are endless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Grandson loved it! Out of all the toys he had received for his birthday, my grandson kept going back to this one to play with. I loved the personalization. Very cute!
