They are like torture devices for feet. I wore them only to go to Hallmark and couldn't even stand to wear them the whole time. I gave up birthday card shopping just so I could leave the store and take these hellish shoes off my feet! I truly don't understand how people wear these and like them. Trying them on in the store, they felt fine. But at least for me, once I actually walked even just a short distance, they were intolerable. I ended up switching to a mens style that had a flat foot bed. The only other women's Adidas in the store had the gel bottom and I worried the gel would get stinky.

I really tried to break these shoes in and get used to them but I wore them one day while at the river and paid for it for three days after. The Massage things left little dots on the bottom of my feet, was not sure if they were blisters or just really ingrained impressions. I like the look of them but the pain was unbearable. As for quality they were fairly ok but the left shoe, the Velcro started wearing out the second day I wore them and the shoe would come off randomly. Would not purchase a shoe with this "Massage" feature ever again but I would purchase a normal shoe that had the same strap style.

I have a love-hate relationship with these. I turned to buying these again after the other style I switched to wasn't in stock. I wore these in previous years because they're so comfortable. It feels like acupuncture or a massage when you stand or walk. But after a rather short time (few months) you'll start to find the tiny rubber beads are breaking off and littering your floors. They are heavenly until they start to disintegrate. They run a full size larger. I always take size 9 but wear an 8 in these. I am average weight so I'm not sure why the rubber breaks down so soon.

These are the best sandals ever for AFTER SPORTS MASSAGE! You're not supposed to wear these for an extended period of time! I live half the year in Mexico, where I run on the beach in the heat & then wear these for 20-30 minutes after my workout. Heaven! Fabulous for the circulation, slip these babies on after walking all day! Want an even better treat? Spritz some tea tree oil mixed with chilled water on your aching feet. Wear massage sandals while fixing a meal, remove shoes & then lay down with your feet up a wall for 10-20 minutes. Your feet will thank you! I have been wearing this type of sandal since the mid 90's & highly recommend it for foot health!
