I love this color. It is a very bright but not pale blue, which is a bit of a weird concept but excellently executed. It is vibrant and bold without being pale or greenish. It has a kind of purple hue to it, which I like because I am not a fan of turquoise colors on my nails.
I am a big fan of this color, which is significant because I normally steer far away from blues. I am typically a dark purple and deep red nail polish kind of girl, but this is my one exception. I have never found anything quite like it.
I have had it for a couple years, and have recieved countless compliments on it. While it is getting a little too old for nail polish, I love it so much that I plan on purchasing another bottle. I highly recommend this shade for anyone who is looking for a unique and flattering blue.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by lsween08 dries almost matte and chips horribly
I'm not sure what is going on with this color, as I LOVE all of my other essie polishes. This color however dries almost matte and chips within hours/minutes of drying. It is a gorgeous color, but I can't wear it because it doesn't even last a day :( I'm very sad, because I feel like I wasted my money on this :(
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Ray123 The best blue shade out there!
The formula for this color is amazing. It goes on smoothly with no streaks on the first coat. By your second coat, you have a beautiful blue pigmentation. I think it's one of those blue shades that just looks great on any skin tone! It's the perfect bright shade for spring or summer to add some pop to your look. It's my go to shade for my toes when I go on vacation; the blue looks great peeking out from you sandals. If you're the type of person who likes to stick to neutrals or common dark shades...go ahead and give this one a shot to break into the world of bright colors! I don't think you will be disappointed
Rated 2 out of 5Â by Autumnbaby Great color, but...
Essie nail polish has become so bad. This formula chipped the next day and that's without having done anything that would cause such a premature chip. And it isn't just this color. Anytime I use an Essie color, I don't get more than 2 days tops before it looks like I was sanding down an old chair. I love the color, but I just can't continue using these polishes that chip so much faster than other brands. Essie used to be the best, but something has changed. Sorry Essie. I normally don't write reviews, but I am so frustrated with how bad these formulas have become lately.
