Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful rower! I priced and compared rowers in several different venues. I knew that I did not want one of the air rowers that supposedly offer more resistance the harder you work. I wanted something that I could program to set levels of resistance. This rower offers that. I have had it for a few weeks and have used it more days than not. It is so quiet that I can watch tv while I 'row' and the time passes quickly. Since I rotate shifts, I needed a good piece of gym equipment that I could use at home. The folding capacity of this machine makes it even more desirable. It folds up and can be put aside easily. My son put it together for me in about 20 mins. The tools needed were included. Convenient. Quiet. Effective. I would recommend definately this. 05/09/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't think twice, just BUY THIS! Exactly what I wanted and exactly what is described. Solid construction and fluid motion. The seat is actually comfortable and the readout is excellent. Cannot imagine getting a better workout. Even at the lowest setting it can get you pumped. Assembly is quick and easy with clear instructions. It actually is a great looking piece and can store relatively easily. Very happy with this product, its action and it's quality. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a solid rower. 07/07/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best rower I've tried/used, but... Quiet, comfortable and readily controllable. I'll only use a few of the very many programs. It does not roll on carpet; the tiny wheels sink deep and the end caps scrape the pile. I took the useless end caps off so that I can slide the rower with less damage to the carpet. What were they thinking of? Customer Service would not reply to me. 07/09/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice machine; unresponsive customer service The machine was recommended by a cardiologist and it has all the bells and whistles, but who needs those? The action and build is very good, seat is fine, quiet as promised. except: with short legs, I tend to bump into the front (and I don't utilize one foot of track, which still takes up space). I haven't figured out how to use the heart rate sensor. In order to fold it, you have to unscrew a large bolt with a handle, and pop a pin. It's not so difficult, but it's not so convenient to do every time. The pulse setting wipes the screen from your workout, so you can't keep records. I have emailed customer service three times, and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE. I will call them, but wish I could ask questions with the email they provided.
