For it's footprint, lightweight but sturdy, functionality, and most of all price; this is definitely a product worth investing in. I am using it for my P90X3, P90X, and random workouts and it fits the bill. I am also using it in my one bedroom apt and the height clearance from the ceiling is fine. I know some of the other powerstands out there go an additional 3" higher. But for definitely its price, it is a tremendous value!

I've had this for a month and it's nice for working out at home. The problem is, even though I only weigh 180, the tower is prone to tipping and wobbling. I don't do fast reps because of this. I'm going to have to buy sandbags and use them to, hopefully, stabilize the base.
Overall, I'm disappointed, but it's still better than doorway pullup bars.

Bought this thing from amazon for only $100. It came really quick and packaging was okay. Anyway material this thing is made of is very sturdy and it can hold up to 250 lbs. and they weren't kidding. Putting this thing together was tough because of the low-quality tools they have in the box with it. These pair of tools will cuts your palms when tightening the bolts and stuff, so your better off using your own toolbox. The padding was great on the thing because it helps ease the grip on the bars. The down side is that when your using this more and more, the bolts starts to get loose and you can hear it like squeaking and sometimes shaking from your weight( if your heavy, but it ain't going to come down). I would high recommend this product because of the sturdiness, quality of the material, and cost efficiency at that low price compared to other power towers.

The Stamina 1690 is exactly what I've needed for a home exercise equipment. Having 2 kids and working full time, I have very little extra time to hit the gym. The Stamina 1690 has exactly what I need to supplement my running - pullups, pushups, dips. I feel as long as I can do these exercises, I get a great workout.
