What The Pros Know:

  • For a perfect, golden-brown exterior, let your pan heat up before adding oil--then let that heat up before adding food. Don't crowd the pan! Cook food in batches so that each piece gets a chance to brown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE LOVE LOVE! I love this pan. I am obsessed with the Food Network and trust their products. I use this pan everyday. Perfect for all my family meals. It is a true non-stick pan. I don't need to add any oil to the pan like I did with my other "non-stick" pans. And it is so easy to clean! At first I thought it was too expensive, but it's worth every penny considering that I use it everyday and it's well made. Very sturdy and overall great quality. I especially love the beautiful red color. Love! Love! Love! 01/30/2014
