Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't buy this! Shame on you, Coleman! Under no circumstances should you buy this poorly designed, flimsy, and unsupported piece of junk. My wife bought one for the area around our pool. A week later, a gust of wind blew it into the pool, breaking two of the struts. The struts are attached with allen-wrench machine screws, so replacing a broken strut would be a simple matter IF COLEMAN WOULD SELL YOU A REPLACEMENT STRUT. THEY WON'T. A call to Coleman's service department resulted in a recorded voice that informed me that there was a two-hour wait (Translation: GO AWAY, WE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU, SINCE WE DO NOT SUPPORT OUR PRODUCTS). I submitted a support request on their web site on 7/18/2013. They responded on 8/3/2013, MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER and said "There are no repair parts available for the canopies except for the canopy tops. Thank you for contacting Coleman, the outdoor company. Have a nice day." It's really disappointing to see one of the great American manufacturers fall so low that (a) they produce flimsy, badly engineered products and (b) they provide no customer support at all. I grew up camping with Coleman products, but I won't be buying anything else from Coleman, ever. 08/14/2013
